In Christ Alone
The Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, as originally given, are the inerrant Word of God; the only infallible rule of faith and practice.
Parents are responsible unto God for the Christian nurture and education of children.
SRCS is called by the grace of God to assist the parents in the Christian nurture and education of children.
Parents and the Christian school are called by God to prepare children to successfully meet the challenges of the world and truly be the "salt of the earth" that Jesus Christ called His followers to be.
We and our children can only be saved by grace through faith - and not of ourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, that no one should boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which our God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
Our Roots
Spanish River Christian School is a ministry of Spanish River Church, and our foundation is deeply rooted in its mission, vision, and commitment to the Gospel. For nearly 60 years, Spanish River Church has been dedicated to bringing the transforming life and love of Jesus Christ to its members, neighbors, and the nations through faithful teaching, service, and community.
At SRCS, this same mission shapes everything we do—guiding our approach to education, discipleship, and community life. As an extension of the church, we are united in purpose: to nurture students in truth, equip them to grow in their faith, and prepare them to impact the world for Christ.
